MotionMetrix is the latest and quickest 3D running gait assessment tool imported from Sweden.
With MotionMetrix, we can evaluate the same parameters measured by traditional motion capture systems without conducting a full day of testing at a specialized biomechanics lab.
Invented by a group of elite runners, computer engineers, and scientists from varying fields (including physics, mathematics, and biomechanical engineering), this 3D assessment tool captures amateur to elite running performance.
The assessment identifies a runner's body biomechanics, running form, mechanical forces, and impacts within different body planes. Scores are then calculated for running economy, elastic exchange, and stride rating respectively. Results are used not only to improve running performance, but also to identify present or potential dysfunctions in biomechanics that inform the creation of tailor-made running or rehabilitation programs.
